So what is the relationship with experience & education
experience is a actual figure.

But education is the complete average or mean figure of all the experiences.

So you have a average you have learned . bend your  knowledge into situations to match up to handle the situation. Here you are the perfect boss.

Yes you are the leader hide behind the curtains.
Stop hiding, waiting  till get older

sum of experience / no of years = average

if you have average i.e education on the other hand you have years of experience.
