Mr. Pasan How are the work shape up in AENZ International ?

Yes . We are doing great and we are improving day by day towards expected growth.

Mr. Pasan the article written by Chief Marketing Officer of AENZ International Mr. Harindu got national wide attention .tell us about it in brief ?

Actually it is the first time strategic analysis has been applied to a business model of a famous singer in Sri Lanka. I think many people read that article. Many online magazines published our article and forecast reach based on statistics is around over 2 Million for that article. Many people were interested because of the name Iraj but people should understand the management concepts and marketing strategies we explained in that article . As that is the value addition we bring to the public as strategic management consultants.

You have participated in a Conference themed knowledge is power in Wanija Piyasa 2018  at Mahinda College. 

Yes.Both Harindu and me are from Mahinda College and We were invited as Guest of honor to the event. Basically I expressed the importance of capturing knowledge regularly to build up the power within students. For an example AENZ International  is not a asset based Business it is a knowledge based business. People come towards us and get services due to our capacity to apply the experience and knowledge we gathered in perfect manner.

Although many people doesn't know you are a icon in the school education system. Why you thought of starting your own business rather than working overseas ?.

Basically this has been a question since I started AENZ International. As you rightly said I am a Island 1st in GCE advance Level 2009 in Commerce Stream. Further I am a Certified Chartered Accountant of UK (ACCA) and a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA ) in UK as well. I have a Degree Specialized in Accountancy from best management faculty in South Asia University of Sri Jayawardenapura.

Basically with ACCA and CIMA memberships I have the luxury to work in majority of the countries on the Earth. But I always love to use this knowledge from international  Qualifications to development of the country

On the Other hand Harindu is an Entrepreneur since age of 20 . He built his own vehicle at age of 23.He was  the marketing  director of Thiken a US Based Sri Lankan Mobile Application Development Company. Majority of his family is in Canada. But he always wanted to start first venture capitalist firm in Sri Lanka.

On top of all We have a core Value. We wanted to express Ourselves in best possible manner without any restrictions.So to do that we need to have a free mind. So that is the reason Me and Harindu Built the business AENZ International. We have enough talent ,AENZ is a floor where we both can freely express our talent. That freedom drives us towards the growth. That freedom is the reason people love AENZ International  and Business Tomorrow Global this much.We are not just yet another business . We are engaged with peoples heart.

Many try to take maximum from the society without giving anything. But we share our knowledge with the society. Meanwhile we get the attention as a result.

We love our country.We are proud as Sri Lankan.  We  want to see  Sri Lanka became a developed Nation. Right now We are slowly becoming an asset for South asia as well as African region. We  work with SMEs from those regions as well. Further Business Tomorrow Global is famous in Poland , UK, Ireland ,USA & Japan.

These days ACCA Global Council election is happening, how is your contribution towards it ?

Yes to support ACCA we invited for an interview in Business Tomorrow to Mr. Biraj Pradan FCCA from Nepal & Mr. Den Surfraz from Mauritius who are candidates for ACCA Global Council. They happily accepted our request and shared the wealth of knowledge with Sri Lankan and Global Community. People loved the interviews with them and it helped to develop ACCA brand presence indirectly as well. 

You both are building a brand from scratch ,How companies react on AENZ's ability to build International  brand ?

Yes many Companies follow our work. Basically there are number of invitations to both of us to join  the director board in Companies. But  right now we are carefully selecting which companies we need to be involved and not to be involved as we cannot be biased towards for a one company in an industry. 

Further many people from South Asian region ask for opportunities to join hand with us. We hope to build a business model where all of those interested parties can be get involved in AENZ Intenational.

AENZ Concluded their first public Seminar on stock market Investment . Any comments about it ?

Yes happy to conduct a Seminar independently & achieve success. I think We should thank Mr.Cyril Jayantha and Mr. Chanaka ,Chairman and CEO of Chamber of Commerce & Industries for their support towards our seminar.

The main reason for the success of the seminar is people know we do quality work. People has seen what we have done before. Building that trust is challenging but we never give up. That is our strength. We always try to provide best quality service to the customers.

Prior to this event some people asked about our experience in conducting public seminars. I think general public who love the work done by AENZ International gave the answer to that question. We already did work which others never did before we challenge the challenge so I think people should understand that we are more innovation based Organization.

Budget 2018 is around the corner , what is the current situation in the economy ?

According to central bank statistics and our own analytics 2016 was a dull year for Sri Lanka due to frequent changes in economic policies. basically we had a negative growth rate in agriculture and low rates in both industry and Services sectors.  Government should provide incentives for investment from top to bottom and need to keep stabilized policies. Its very clear since 2013 we faced a downtown. Its time to help His Excellency President Sirisena to rebuild this economy irrespective of which color we flavored  .

I think people must understand before getting their own party elected we need to save our country. Because any champion will struggle in the office if this trend goes until 2020.
